Totally agree that the difference can be striking. For me it often comes down to those tiny authentic reactions that real people have when emotions are raw. I remember stumbling across some amateur clips where the performers weren't overacting or following a rigid script, and even though production quality was basic, the whole thing pulled me in way more than polished big-studio stuff. Lately I've been noticing similar vibes on

 — the scenes that feel least staged and more like actual moments between people tend to stick with me longer, because the energy seems unforced. In the end, it's probably that invisible layer of genuine presence that separates something performative from something you can actually sink into.
